Initially, people started it with two-four hundred books, which at present the number has reached more than ten thousand. It is looked after by a committee of local people whose current secretary is Mr. Pervez Abdi. This library has become a bit irregular after the release of the librarian Ali Athar Abdi, who had maintained and accounted for the books of this library from the beginning.
